This presentation provides the results of the NRCan ecoEII Owens Corning Net Zero Energy Communities initiative. The project aimed to demonstrate the feasibility of building Net Zero Energy housing communities - addressing the challenges specific to production housing, and to act as a platform for the broader adoption of Net Zero Energy homes across Canada. Owens Coming Canada recruited 5 builders across Canada to participate:

• Mattamy Calgary Ltd. (Alberta)
• Reid's Heritage Homes (Ontario)
• Minto Communities (Ontario)
• Construction Voyer (Quebec)
• Provident Developments Inc. (Nova Scotia)
