Special rates for audio and web conferencing through West Unified Communications' InterCall service

CHBA has partnered with West Unified Communications, the world’s largest conferencing services provider, to offer members special rates for audio and web conferencing through their InterCall service. Members will save up to 70%. To enroll, call 1-800-MEMBERS (800-636-2377) M-F from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET or click here to submit an application online.

To simplify the selection of the correct conferencing services for your needs, two options are available. Select just one option: the services listed will be included with your account at the member prices shown. (All Prices CAD)

Option 1: Audio used on all, or most, conferences¹

• Reservationless-Plus® audio conferencing – 3 cents per minute
• InterCall Unified Meeting® web conferencing – 5 cents per minute¹
• Operator Assisted and Event audio conferencing – 18 cents per minute

1 – When using web conferencing under this plan, the total cost per minute is 8.5 cents (audio + web)

Option 2: Web used on all, or most, conferences²

• Multimedia Minutes, audio and web conferencing bundle – 6 cents per minute²
• Operator Assisted and Event audio conferencing – 18 cents per minute

2 – When using audio only under this plan, the audio is billed at 6 cents per minute
