Blueprint Insurance & People Corporation
CHBA members are now eligible to access exclusive benefits programs from Blueprint Insurance, in partnership with People Corporation
Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) members are now eligible to access exclusive benefits programs from Blueprint Insurance, in partnership with People Corporation, and delivered by insurance provider Equitable Insurance.
Under Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers, CHBA member individuals or companies can receive insurance on the following:
- Life
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
- Extended Health
- Dental
- With some buy-up options including:
- Long Term Disability*
- Health Spending Account*
- Optional Life
- Employee Assistance Program
*Available for firms of 10+ employees
Plan design highlights include:
- Prescription Drugs: annual caps of $1,000, $5,000 or $15,000 to help with cost containment
- Paramedical Practitioners
- Out of Country Emergencies
- Reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, 100%
- Medical Equipment & Supplies
- Eye Exams (all), Glasses (Silver & Gold)
- Dental: $750, $1,000 or $1,500 per year
- Basic Life + AD&D: $25,000 each benefit

Note: Plan design is limited to one per firm. For firms of three or more lives, all plans are available without medical evidence. Firms of one or two members may purchase the Bronze plan without medical evidence, and Silver or Gold plans with medical evidence.
