For over three decades A&T Project Developments Inc. (A&T) has built, developed and partnered on a range of large-scale projects annually. We approach each project with the mission to exceed expectations by constantly seeking to enhance our construction projects through the creative use of space, quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, strong ethics and a strong commitment to maintaining budgets and schedules. This commitment has guided our continuous growth since our company’s inception in 1992 and remains the truest reflection of our business values. We serve as a general contractor and developer, offering a multitude of services including, but not limited to: construction management, tenant improvements, commercial builds, landlord work/base building work, multi-family development, pre-fabrication assembly, and design build services. Our team of nearly 50 includes project managers, project coordinators, site supervisors, health and safety officers, carpenters and labourers, in-house accounting, marketing, administrative support staff and much more. Our team, along with strong trade and consultant relationships we have developed during our over 30 years in business, creates a strong foundation for our company to take on projects of every size and scope.
