WHO WE ARE

ASR Projects Inc. is a locally owned large custom home builder, building Custom homes since 2005. ASR built homes are starting from 3500sf with a finished space of 5200sf, 4-5 car garage finished and with finished basement mostly priced $1.3 to $3.2 million. We build about 10-15 homes a year at minimum, most of these are either pre-sold or sold immediately after completion. Not including the pre-sold home, ASR starts minimum 8-10 spec homes at a time but these are sold very quickly as we build lavish homes with highest quality, highest standard finishes, luxury design and lowest price comparing to the other Custom home Builders. We have full control over most of our Construction material and finishing material.

We understand that the biggest investment that you will ever make is your home therefore we focus on bringing consumers more value within their home, offering superior standard packages as well as extremely consumer conscious upgrade costs. Value for your investment is one aspect we pride ourselves on, we stay engaged and provide the best possible service to our Clients.

Our standard package includes what the other Builders call “upgrades”, examples include granite counter tops, top quality flooring, branded appliances, upgraded Kitchen cabinets, best quality doors & hardware, 9ft ceiling & triple pane windows.

We pride ourselves on our knowledge, experience, and industry understanding to be able to serve our clients more than what they think a construction company can offer.

We work with you every step of the way to support you and to make sure we’re building your home exactly the way you want it. CONSULTATION

Our process begins with a conversation about who you are and what you’re looking for. While our home models are functional and beautiful as-is, they can also serve as the base for your custom-tailored design. We’ll work together to uncover the elements that make up your ideal home and create a plan that is uniquely yours.

ARCHITECTURE

Your custom home becomes reality. See it come to life on paper as you work with our architectural designer on your house plans.

CONTRACTS

Review detailed costs and structural components to begin construction on your new home and finalizing the financing plan.

INTERIOR 

Choose the finishes that achieve your vision and budget. Then we get to work on securing permits

GET YOU ENROLLED IN NEW HOME WARRANTY PROGRAM

We have been a member of progressive home warranty program since 2005. Their team will also do multiple assessments throughout the construction to make sure house is being built to the best standards.

BUILD

As we begin building, we keep you informed (and excited!) through regular updates and site visits with an Effect team member. ASR team completes their inspections at all major milestones.

POSSESSION

Take possession of your new home! Learn how it operates and receive support through our warranty from the day you move in onward.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

We also understand that you want a piece of mind thinking what will happen after I take possession. Therefore, we got you enrolled in the NEW HOME WARRANTY Program at the early stages of the project. We put great emphasis on being prompt with addressing any service issues that could arise.

COMMUNITIES WE BUILD IN

We carefully choose new home communities that are as flexible as our designs. We build in neighbourhoods that are quiet but convenient, with access to beautiful greenspace and all of the amenities you need. We build in family friendly environment.
