Instructions

RenoMark is the Renovator's Mark of Excellence for contractors across the country. The RenoMark program identifies professional contractors who are committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The RenoMark symbol recognizes trusted members of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association who abide by a rigorous Code of Conduct.

All RenoMark members are required to complete this online verification process annually and provide the necessary documentation. Rest assured that these documents are held confidentially and securely, with access provided to select CHBA staff only for the purposes of verification.

In order to facilitate a quick verification process, please be sure to have electronic copies of the following documents on hand before you start:

Warranty*
Certificate of Insurance
