Launch of the Renovation Market Index (RMI)

Following the success we’ve had incorporating the Housing Market Index (HMI) into federal advocacy on behalf of builders, CHBA is launching a Renovation Market Index (RMI) to capture the views of renovators across the country. This short survey will measure renovator confidence in current and future market conditions across a variety of renovation types and gauge several emerging issues like accessibility, resiliency, and the use of AI. We need your participation to make the RMI a success and provide the data needed to engage federal policymakers and national media on the reality facing renovators across the country. Click HERE to complete the short survey today!

It’s Time to Renew Your RenoMark Membership

The annual renewal process is a crucial step in maintaining the credibility of the RenoMark program with homeowners. This is also your chance to enhance your listing on the recently updated RenoMark website. Make your listing STAND OUT by taking advantage of new features like project types, client testimonials, project photos, and more. This process should take less than 10 minutes to complete as long as you have a valid electronic copy of your Certificate of Insurance before you start. Renewls must be completed by December 31, 2025 in order to maintain your RenoMark membership. Click HERE to renew today!
